LO SCOPO DEL PROGETTO:

Aiutare la popolazione colpita dalla devastante alluvione che ha messo in ginocchio lo Sri Lanka.

Interi villaggi sono stati spazzati via da frane e smottamenti, provocati dalle forti piogge dei giorni scorsi. Sono più di 350,000 gli sfollati, centinaia i dispersi e decine i morti.

Noi vogliamo agire subito e siamo sicuri che anche tu vuoi farlo! Come?

COME FARE:

Raccogliendo fondi per aiutare le famiglie a riprendere la loro vita quotidiana.

Gli aiuti raccolti saranno destinati non solo all’acquisto di beni di prima necessità  ma anche di letti, materassi, divise per la scuola, scarpe, libri, vestiti, giocattoli ecc.

Ti terremo aggiornato su ciò che realizzeremo grazie alla tua generosità!

Lotus Club è un’associazione creata da giovani professionisti e imprenditori appartenenti alla seconda generazione di srilankesi nati o cresciuti in Italia.

L'amore per le nostre radici e la profonda ammirazione nei confronti del nostro paese di adozione ci ha fatti incontrare per creare opportunità e rafforzare l'immagine dello Sri Lanka in Italia e nel mondo.

OUR GOAL:

To help people affected by the devastating floods that have hit Sri Lanka.

Massive landslides triggered by heavy rain have swept away entire villages leaving more than 350,000 people homeless, hundreds missing and tens dead.

Therefore, we want to act now and we are sure you want it too! So how can you show you care?

HOW TO HELP:

We are collecting funds to help families to get back to their ordinary life.

The funds will be used to buy essential goods such as food and clothes and to distribute mattresses, school books, uniforms, shoes, toys etc.

We will keep you updated on what we will achieve thanks to your kind help.
